We present Harvest Shade just as fall is starting to creep in.
We aged our imperial stout for two years in Old Elk Rye barrels and a Widow Jane 10 Year Bourbon barrel, then layered pumpkin puree, Korintje cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and Madagascar vanilla for richness and complexity. The result? Pumpkin pie in a glass. 13% ABV.
